About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Please read them before you buy. Placing an order means you accept them. Nothing here removes your statutory rights as a consumer.

Who you are buying from

InkMade sells personalised clothing and printed gifts. We do not sell firearms, ammunition, or any regulated or controlled goods. Our country sports, field & country and fishing ranges are printed apparel and giftware for people who enjoy those sports. Every item is printed, personalised and held in stock by InkMade itself in the UK; nothing is drop-shipped by a third party. We sell in GBP (£) to customers in the United Kingdom.

Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm we have accepted it. If we cannot accept an order, for example because an item is unavailable or a personalisation breaches these terms, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and shown on each product page. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you pay. We take payment when you place the order, because production starts immediately. If a price is obviously wrong, we will contact you before making anything.

Personalised products: your part

You are responsible for what you send us to print.

• Check spelling, names, dates, sizes and colours before you pay. We print exactly what you submit.
• Upload the best quality file you have. A small or blurry photo prints small and blurry.
• You must own the rights to your design, or have permission to use it. That includes club crests, company logos, photographs taken by someone else, and copyrighted characters.
• By uploading a file you confirm you have that right, and you accept responsibility if a rights holder later objects.

What we will not print

We will refuse, and refund, any order that we reasonably consider to infringe someone's rights, or to be hateful, discriminatory, obscene, threatening or unlawful. We may refuse a job without giving a reason. This is rare, and we will always refund it rather than quietly change your design.

Production and delivery

Production and delivery times are set out on our shipping and returns page. Estimates are estimates. Where a delay is caused by something outside our control, we will keep you informed and, where the delay is significant, you may cancel and be refunded for anything not yet made.

Cancelling and returning

Your cancellation and return rights, including the 14 day change-of-mind right on stock items and why it does not apply to personalised items, are set out in full on our shipping and returns page, which forms part of these terms.

If something is wrong with your order

Contact us at office@inkmade.co.uk within 30 days and we will put it right by repair, replacement or refund. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full, including to personalised items.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses, since our products are supplied for private use. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Intellectual property

The design, text, photographs and illustrations on this website belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our permission. You keep ownership of the artwork you upload; you give us permission to use it only to make and deliver your order.

Things outside our control

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier failure, extreme weather, or supply problems. If such an event is going to cause a substantial delay, we will contact you and you may cancel and be refunded for anything not yet made.

Complaints

Email office@inkmade.co.uk and tell us what has gone wrong. We take complaints seriously and come back to you as quickly as we can.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, though if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring a claim in your own courts. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
